Most respectfully I state that my class teacher has fined me Rs 50 for keeping my mobile unlocked. A call from my friend disturbed

l explained my position to the teacher and tried to convince him that in no way I was to be mischievous. He did not believe
me. I do know we are to keep our mobiles switched off. But sir. i have not done it knowingly.
